What is context-checkpoint?

A Claude Code add-on for saving named snapshots of a coding session and restoring them later.

Use it to save a checkpoint before switching tasks or ending a session, then restore that checkpoint in a later Claude Code session.

It helps you resume interrupted work with the same session context instead of rebuilding it from memory.
