What is claude-tag-oncall?

A Slack plugin for on-call work, where a team responds to production alerts and outages. It watches alert channels, investigates incidents and customer reports, posts status updates and postmortems, manages handoffs, and drafts fixes for approval.

It is for monitoring alert channels, triaging incidents, investigating problems, preparing status reports and postmortems, handing over on-call duties, and drafting code fixes.

It helps organize incident response in Slack so teams can sort alerts from ordinary conversation and keep investigation, communication, and follow-up work together.
