What is slack-ingestion?

A Slack ingestion workflow that turns messages from direct messages and monitored channels into organized digests containing decisions, commitments, and open threads.

It is for collecting Slack activity over a selected time window and adding it to a second brain, a system for storing and retrieving personal or team knowledge.

It reduces the manual effort of reviewing Slack and preserves useful context in a structured form for later reference.
