What is cao-agent-plugin-lifecycle?

A package authoring and review workflow for CAO Agent Plugins, which are folders that bundle reusable instructions for coding agents and may include tool-server settings.

Use it to scaffold a plugin, write its manifest and skills folder, optionally add an MCP server configuration, and audit an existing package.

It helps create the required files from an empty folder and catch package or instruction-limit errors that the built-in validator misses.

About the project

CLI Agent Orchestrator is a tool that coordinates multiple AI coding command-line programs by running them as separate workers in isolated terminal sessions. A supervisor uses it to delegate software tasks to specialist agents in parallel or in sequence while the workers retain their normal command-line capabilities. The catalogue skills operate this orchestration workflow.
