A project-starting decision tool that turns requirements into an approved scope document. MoSCoW is a method for sorting features into must-have, should-have, could-have, and will-not-have groups.

Use it before scaffolding a new project. It produces a SCOPE document covering feature priority, effort estimates, and the confirmed technology choices.

It helps settle which features are actually needed, how much work they may take, and which technology should be used before coding begins. This reduces unclear or expanding project requirements.
