What is forge marketplace?

A complete workflow add-on for Claude Code that takes product ideas and plans through validation, design, implementation, and release. It includes separate Founder workflows for testing a business idea and PM workflows for shipping product features.

Use it to scout markets, conduct and analyze interviews, challenge plans, break plans into features, write acceptance tests, implement features, and track shipping progress.

It connects research, skeptical review, feature planning, test writing, coding, and checks for project drift in one repeatable process. This helps teams notice weak assumptions and keep implementation aligned with the approved plan.
