What is works-public?

A plugin for independently checking unchanged commits that are publicly available on GitHub. Static verification examines the commit without executing the project.

Use it to verify immutable public GitHub commits through the Works verification service.

It provides a separate check that a public commit meets the verification process, rather than relying only on the person or agent that produced it.
