What is carry-forward?

A Claude Code plugin that saves the context of one coding session and loads it into the next. Claude Code is a coding assistant that works through project instructions and files.

Use it when work spans multiple Claude Code sessions and the assistant needs to remember prior context. It is intended for projects that use a CLAUDE.md instruction file.

It reduces the need to repeat decisions, background information, and unfinished work when starting a new session. The context is saved after each response and loaded at startup through a project instruction file.
