What is build-workflow?

A plugin scaffold for building multi-step agent workflows. It creates stage-specific subagents, stop checks, manual launch skills, and a script for coordinating stages.

Use it to set up a workflow with multiple stages and add new stages as the process grows.

It gives each workflow stage a defined handoff and checkpoint, making the sequence easier to run and control.
