What is mcp-gtags-server?

A plugin that lets coding agents navigate indexed C and C++ source with GNU Global, a tool that records where code symbols are defined and used. It can show callers, references, call chains, definitions, and conditional compilation guards without first building the project.

Use it to inspect function relationships, locate implementations, review the likely impact of a change, and search symbol usage in large C or C++ repositories.
