A session monitor that tracks how full a single AI-agent conversation has become. It reports when the conversation is getting overloaded and may need to be wrapped up or handed over.

Use it to monitor context usage during long coding sessions, decide when to create a handoff, and record when the host cannot provide an exact context size.

Long conversations can leave less room for useful context and make answers worse, so this helps reveal when that risk is rising.
