A Claude Code plugin that saves each coding session as a linked note and recalls related notes when a new session starts. Wikilinks are connections between notes written in the form [[note name]].

Use it to build a connected session history and bring related past work back into Claude Code automatically.

It preserves useful context between sessions while limiting how much memory is loaded at startup.
