A natural-language interface for anipy-cli on Windows. Anipy-cli is a terminal program for searching, playing, downloading, and managing anime, with media playback through tools such as mpv or VLC.

Use it to search, play, download, and manage anime from Git Bash, repair supported dependencies such as uv, Scoop, mpv, or VLC, and troubleshoot Windows-specific problems.

It makes the program easier to operate with ordinary requests and helps diagnose or repair missing Windows dependencies when the user confirms the repair.
