What is htmx-php-builder?

A build tool for creating web applications with PHP, HTMX, and Bootstrap 5.3. HTMX lets browser pages update parts of themselves without requiring a large JavaScript application; Bootstrap provides ready-made interface styles.

Use it to create memory-first PHP web applications with HTMX and Bootstrap, including their interface and the specified question-and-answer feature.
