An encrypted, offline long-term memory vault for Gemini CLI, shared by MCP clients. It must be installed and initialized before the configured server can run.

Use it to configure Gemini CLI with a local memory server after installing and initializing the Compartment package.

It keeps saved agent information on the local machine instead of requiring an online memory service. One shared vault avoids maintaining separate memory stores for each client.
