A project-level progress ledger that records working-tree changes at the end of coding turns that changed files. A working tree is the current set of files in a version-controlled project.

Use it to automatically record changed files and turns, then review what moved through the ledger reader.

It preserves a history of coding activity without requiring you to remember to log every change. It also makes progress from different workflows or ordinary conversations visible in one place.
