What is handbook-visual-explainer?

A tool that creates self-contained HTML pages for diagrams, change reviews, plans, slides, and data tables. HTML is the format used to display pages in a web browser.

Use it to make diagrams, review code differences, present plans, create slides, or display tables of data.

It turns technical material into pages that are easier to view and share than plain text. It supports several common ways of presenting code changes and project information.
