A Claude Code add-on for carrying work from one coding session into the next. It provides a wrap-up command, a next-step command, and shows saved handoff notes when a new session starts.

Use it to record a session retrospective, prepare the next task, and surface NEXT_SESSION.md notes when Claude Code starts.

It reduces the need to remember or rewrite unfinished work when a session ends. Handoff notes make the next session aware of what happened and what should continue.
