What is agent-plus-meta?

A management add-on for the agent-plus framework, which is a collection of tools that extend a coding agent. It prepares a workspace, checks environment settings, and tracks installed extensions and services.

Initializing a workspace, checking whether related settings are available, refreshing cached project details, and managing framework extensions.
