What is worktrunk-hook?

A plugin that routes Claude Code's automatically created Git worktrees through Worktrunk. A Git worktree is a separate working directory for another branch or task.

Use it when Claude Code creates worktrees and those sessions need the project's Worktrunk hooks to run.

It helps background and worktree sessions retain project setup such as environment-file links, dependency installation, and port assignment.
