What is use-claude-limits-efficiently?

A workflow for managing long-running or parallel work within Claude’s five-hour and weekly usage limits. It runs bounded groups of tasks, checks actual usage, and pauses near a limit.

Use it to plan multiple AI workers in limited waves, inspect usage between waves, pause near the cap, and resume with self-contained instructions.

It helps prevent large jobs from reaching usage caps unexpectedly and losing continuity.
