A cross-session memory helper for Claude Code, which is a coding assistant that runs in a terminal. It rebuilds useful project context from Git history and searches through documentation and code.

Use it to recover past project decisions, find relevant code or documentation, and give Claude Code background from earlier sessions.

It reduces the need to repeat decisions and background after starting a new session. It also warns when part of the memory system is unavailable.
