One Skill to Rule Them All is a meta-skill that observes work sessions and turns recurring patterns, corrections, and decisions into proposed new skills or improvements to existing ones. It is for people and autonomous agents that want their skills to evolve through use. The catalogue includes the project’s skill for observing and improving other skills.
