A FastAPI project scaffold that creates backend modules, data-transfer objects, endpoints, and Alembic database migrations. FastAPI is a Python framework for building web APIs, while Alembic manages changes to a database’s structure.

Use it to create FastAPI modules, DTOs, endpoints, and SQLAlchemy-based database migrations, including safer enum downgrades.

It reduces the repeated setup needed when starting or expanding a FastAPI backend. It also addresses a known problem where database migrations may not correctly undo changes to enum fields.
