What is mcp-server-wikipedia?

An MCP server that lets AI agents search Wikipedia and retrieve summaries or complete articles as Markdown. Wikipedia is a public online encyclopedia.

It is for research, including searching topics and retrieving concise or full Wikipedia content.

It gives an agent a structured way to look up background information without manually browsing article pages.
