What is chief-skills?

A framework for working with AI coding agents through planned, verified milestones. It includes skills for setup, planning, rules, reviews, autonomous loops, and engineering methods such as Shape Up.

Use it to initialise an agent project, plan milestones, run or review autonomous work, record decisions, and verify progress task by task.

It reduces the effort of keeping agent work organised and checking that each stage meets its intended result.
