What is prd-pr-copilot?

A Copilot CLI development workflow plugin that coordinates a ten-phase plan-then-build process. It uses vertical slices, meaning each slice delivers a complete piece across the needed layers, and includes an end-to-end test walkthrough with screenshots in the pull request.

Use it to explore a codebase, plan and implement backend and frontend changes, organise work in Git worktrees, review the code, and prepare pull requests with test evidence.

It gives Copilot-based development a repeatable structure for planning, implementation, review, and testing. It also records progress so work can be handled slice by slice.
