A token-usage pacing tool for Claude Code, which is a coding assistant that operates within usage-rate limits. It adjusts the assistant's request pace to match each rate-limit window.

Use it during Claude Code tasks that may run into rate limits, especially when work needs to continue across repeated usage windows.

It helps avoid reaching a usage limit suddenly and stopping while a task is in progress. Instead, it spreads usage toward the next reset.
