What is github-skills?

A plugin containing several GitHub operation skills, used through GitHub's command-line tool. It covers investigating failed CI checks, fetching repositories, pushing changes, and creating pull requests.

Use it to investigate CI failures, fetch or update GitHub branches, push commits, and open pull requests.

It groups common repository and pull-request tasks into repeatable agent workflows instead of handling each GitHub operation ad hoc.
