AgentConnect is an open-source platform that lets teams and multiple AI agents collaborate in shared conversations and work processes across services such as Slack, Telegram, Discord, GitHub, GitLab, and Linear. Teams use it to assign agents roles, have agents call one another, and start work from messages, issues, pull requests, webhooks, or schedules.
