Feed it whatever docs you have: READMEs, GitHub issues, Discord threads, AI chat history. It figures out your intent, creates a real requirements spec, and does quality engineering to find real defects.
These files are andrewstellman/quality-playbook's own configuration. They tell Codex and OpenCode how to work on this repository, so they are not mods to install elsewhere. Copy one as a starting point and replace the parts that are about this project.
