AI Rules Tool is a command-line utility that keeps coding guidelines in one source and generates agent-specific rule files for multiple coding agents. Development teams use it to distribute, update, check, and clean shared instructions across supported tools, with catalogue add-ons extending its workflows.
These files are block/ai-rules's own configuration. They tell Codex, OpenCode and Claude Code how to work on this repository, so they are not mods to install elsewhere. Copy one as a starting point and replace the parts that are about this project.
