An AWS IAM Privilege Escalation Path Library
pathfinding.cloud is a community-maintained library that records ways AWS IAM permissions can be abused to escalate privileges, along with their prerequisites, exploitation steps, detection references, and mitigations. Security researchers and AWS defenders use it to study, test, detect, and reduce these escalation paths.
These files are DataDog/pathfinding.cloud's own configuration. They tell Claude Code how to work on this repository, so they are not mods to install elsewhere. Copy one as a starting point and replace the parts that are about this project.
