We now have an MCP server that pulls a tracker.rapiddata.com bug — description, comments, custom fields, AND its screenshots as actual viewable images — straight into Claude Code, plus a /fix-bug skill that takes an issue from ticket → verified fix → "Dev Fixed" on the ticket.
