Microsoft 365 Agents SDK for JavaScript and TypeScript is a software development kit for building agents that handle conversations and requests across Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot Studio, Webchat, and selected third-party messaging platforms. Developers use its packages to host agents, validate activity data, add channel features, and connect AI components.
These files are microsoft/Agents-for-js's own configuration. They tell GitHub Copilot and Claude Code how to work on this repository, so they are not mods to install elsewhere. Copy one as a starting point and replace the parts that are about this project.
