Azure DevOps Skills is a collection of reusable instruction bundles that teach AI coding assistants how to perform recurring Azure DevOps tasks. The examples support workflows such as reviewing backlogs, listing active work, and managing iterations through the Azure DevOps MCP server.
These files are microsoft/azure-devops-skills's own configuration. They tell Claude Code and Codex how to work on this repository, so they are not mods to install elsewhere. Copy one as a starting point and replace the parts that are about this project.
