XQuad is a Rust-based virtual machine and toolchain for expressing and running quadratic optimization problems on quantum annealers and classical solvers. It provides a shared specification and implementations that let developers write a problem once and target supported backends.
These files are QuipNetwork/xquad's own configuration. They tell Codex and OpenCode how to work on this repository, so they are not mods to install elsewhere. Copy one as a starting point and replace the parts that are about this project.
