openqqwaifu is a standalone QQ Waifu console and runtime. It consolidates character cards, conversation memory, knowledge bases, member directories, a skill system, model integrations, a Web Console, and an OpenClaw-compatible skill runtime into one service; NapCat / OneBot only handle the QQ protocol and message sending and receiving.

These files are shinonome123/openqqwaifu's own configuration. They tell Codex, OpenCode and Claude Code how to work on this repository, so they are not mods to install elsewhere. Copy one as a starting point and replace the parts that are about this project.
