Proposed Fixes Table

When the user says "proposed fixes table", "fixes table", or "audit my chapters", generate a severity-ordered table of issues across the agent's assigned chapters.

Procedure

  1. Run proof holes on each chapter:

    ~/projects/veracity/target/release/veracity-review-proof-holes -d src/ChapNN/
    
  2. Check for stale reviews (per gate-review-against-prose rule).

  3. Scan for code issues:

    • assume() that isn't the standard PartialEq or thread-join pattern
    • external_body on functions with algorithmic logic (not threading/FFI wrappers)
    • ensures true or missing ensures on non-trivial functions
    • #![auto] triggers that should be explicit
    • #[cfg(not(verus_keep_ghost))] duplicate blocks (the old antipattern)
    • bare_impl not covered by the recursive-spec-fn exception
  4. Classify severity:

    • critical: non-standard assume/admit, external_body hiding algorithmic logic
    • high: ensures true, stale reviews, cfg(not) antipattern blocks
    • medium: #![auto] triggers, bare_impl violations, missing cfg guards
    • low: informational (accepted patterns like PartialEq assume, thread-join assume(false))
  5. Output a single table sorted by severity, then by chapter number:
