What is language-preference?

A language rule for separating project content from developer conversations. Project files and other artifacts use English, while chat communication uses Chinese unless another language is requested.

Use it to set the language for code, names, comments, documents, commits, configuration, and chat responses.

It keeps code, documentation, and configuration in one language while matching the developer's preferred chat language.
