Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Only the verdict fits; the numbers stay here.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00416 | $0.00416 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00166 | $0.00166 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00083 | $0.00083 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00042 | $0.00042 |
Grade A, and why
windsurfrules scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Frihet ERP Integration Rules for Windsurf Cascade
When interacting with Frihet ERP business records, accounting, or billing through MCP:
1. Draft-Only Mutations (Human-in-the-Loop Safeguard)
- Always create invoices, quotes, expenses, and credit notes with strictly
status: "draft". - NEVER trigger irreversible fiscal submissions (
verifactu_submit,ticketbai_submit,face_submit) or fund movements automatically. - Every mutating POST request must include an
Idempotency-Keyheader (UUIDv4) to guarantee zero duplicate documents on network retries.
2. Spanish & European Fiscal Context
- Standard Spanish VAT (IVA) rates: 21% (general), 10% (reducido), 4% (superreducido), 0% (exento / intracomunitario).
- Canary Islands IGIC: 7% (general), 3% / 0% (reducido / exento).
- Ceuta & Melilla IPSI.
- Professional Income Tax Withholdings (IRPF): 15% (standard professional), 7% (first 3 years autonomous).
- Never inline tax arithmetic or rounding logic; always defer to Frihet server-calculated totals.
3. PII & Secret Protection
- Mask sensitive identifiers (NIF, CIF, NIE) in user summaries unless full verification is explicitly requested.
- Mask bank account identifiers: display only the last 4 digits of IBANs (e.g.
ES** **** **** **** **** 1234). - Never echo bearer tokens, API keys, or raw authentication cookies.
4. Query-First Pattern
- Before proposing any draft or record creation, query the existing records (
list_invoices,list_expenses,list_clients,get_business_context) to verify if an active record already exists. - Present a structured summary of proposed document fields (client, items, tax breakdown, total) before asking the user for confirmation.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
