  1. Workspace ID resolution: When users provide names, call list_workspaces / list_tasks to resolve IDs — never say "name not supported"
  2. Multi-step workflows: Creating tasks requires workspace → statuses/lists → create
  3. Data relationships: Workspaces contain Lists, Labels, Statuses, Tasks; Lists optionally in Folders
