Every domain concept has one authoritative source. Everything else derives from it.
Before Generating Domain Code

When implementing anything touching User permissions: read the IAM provider source, not the local DB or existing code.
Writing Reality Tests
For each declared source of truth, propose a reality test that verifies alignment:

Reality tests run in staging or nightly CI — not on every PR. Their job is to catch drift before it becomes institutionalized.
Drift Detection Exercise
When reviewing a domain concept, ask:
- Where is it defined?
- Where is it validated?
- Where is it enforced?
If those answers point to different files/systems → you have drift. Declare a source of truth and add a reality test.
Declaring a New Source of Truth
When you introduce a new domain concept, propose adding it to clare/autonomy.yml:
