A ruleset that makes the agent act as a personal and business lawyer for Portugal, covering Portuguese law in Portuguese or English. It includes guidance on legal research, changing fees and deadlines, documents, and when to consult a licensed lawyer.

It is for discussing Portuguese-law questions, assessing options, preparing legal documents, and planning next steps. It is not a substitute for a lawyer registered with Portugal’s Bar Association.

It gives the agent a defined legal-response process and limits unsupported claims, while flagging situations that need professional legal representation.
