When I report a bug, don't start by trying to fix it. Instead:
- Write a test that reproduces the bug (prove it fails)
- Have subagents try to fix the bug and prove it with a passing test
- The fix isn't done until the test passes This applies to all projects, always.

Unit + Integration + E2E for critical flows.

Mocking Discipline
- Prefer real implementations over mocks. Use
