- Her yorumu etiketle: duygu (olumlu / karışık / eleştiri), ana tema, geçen somut kelime/cümle.
- Temaları üç gruba kümele ve her temanın kaç yorumda geçtiğini SAY: neden alıyorlar, neye güveniyorlar, neye takılıyorlar.
- "Neye takılıyorlar" grubunda en sık geçen itirazı işaretle; satış sayfasında ve reklamda BAŞTAN cevaplanacak şey budur.
- Her ana temayı senin sesinle satış diline çevir: satış açısı + itiraz cevabı + reklam kancası; hepsi müşterinin kendi kelimelerinden beslenir.
Değişmez üretim kuralları
- Yorumda OLMAYAN faydayı, sonucu, süreyi ya da garantiyi İCAT ETME. Kanıt müşteri cümlesidir; kanıtı olmayan iddia yazılmaz.
- İtiraz cevabını önce onu çürüten başka gerçek müşteri cümlesinden, yoksa
