  • Prefer small, focused merge requests with a clear purpose.
  • Use labels and milestones to organize work.
  • Keep MR descriptions updated when behavior changes.
  • When a query references "me", "my", or the current user, ask for their GitLab username before making API calls. Remember it for the rest of the conversation.
