What is zod-generator?

A rule for converting JSON Schema into a Zod schema. JSON Schema describes the expected shape and validation of data, while Zod is a TypeScript library that checks data against such rules.

Use it to generate and verify a Zod schema from a JSON Schema file. The process includes running the validator, fixing errors, and repeating until validation passes.

It helps ensure generated validation matches every field and constraint in the original JSON Schema, using a validator to catch mistakes.

- Convert the JSON Schema into a complete Zod schema that covers every field and validation.
- Output the Zod schema so it can be verified by the provided validator.

Process:
- Generate an initial Zod schema conversion.
- Use npx ts-node validate.ts to verify the output.
- If the validator returns errors, analyze the feedback, fix the issues, and generate an updated schema.
- Repeat the process until the validator outputs "Validation passed!" indicating no errors remain.
Completion Criteria:
- The Zod schema fully represents the JSON Schema.
- All validations pass with no errors reported by the validator.
