No Linear sub-issues

Never use Linear's sub-issue (parentId) feature when creating issues.

Instead, use standalone issues and organize them with:

  • Projects and milestones for grouping
  • Relations (relatedTo, blocks, blockedBy) for dependencies
  • Labels for categorization

Sub-issues create deeply nested hierarchies that are hard to triage, filter, and track in Linear's views. Flat issues with explicit relations are easier to work with.
