What is windsurfrules?

A set of project rules for using vision-memory-mcp to cache visual states, record layout changes, identify interface elements, and avoid repeated image-understanding calls. Visual state means a saved view of what an interface looks like.

Use it in projects that need visual-state memory, layout-transition tracking, or element identification during interface work.

Caching visual information can reduce repeated image analysis, while recorded layout changes help an agent track how an interface changes over time. The rules describe how the project should use the memory service.
